The staff was very warm and cute. I found the hotel to have a quiet and beautiful street. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The hotel provided plenty of cleaning supplies. It was a nice experience.
The TV only received children's channels. I wished there were major channels available. The shower room lacked ventilation. Improvements are needed. The breakfast was also disappointing with limited options.

supportive staffquiet location
The staff were friendly and supportive (especially Lucy). The white bed linen and towels were clean. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and warm blankets. The hotel is in a very nice and quiet location.

dated and disappointing..
rusty shower raildiscoloured grouting
i found the hotel quite dated. the shower rail was completely rusty, and it was pretty gross. the grouting was also very discoloured. i think a bit of bleach would get it white again. the mismatched curtains and bedding didn't help. it seemed like everything needed a good overhaul.
